CabinHireCo provide quick and cost effective Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Accommodation solutions for your business.
We offer a fleet of purpose-built cabins that are build code compliant and compliant with the RSE scheme. We can also personalise or build new to suit your business requirements.
We have a wide range of product types;
- RSE sleeping facilities,

- Dining and kitchen facilities.
CabinHireCo provide RSE employees with a private, spacious and comfortable space where they can relax and unwind, separate from shared living areas.
Our Engineered Steel Panel (ESP) cabin range are purpose built to safely house RSE workers. Our ESP range are NZ Building Code compliant, meet RSA accommodation requirements, and are a cost effective solution without compromising safety or quality.
We have a range of cabins in stock and new cabins can be constructed within weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
What other costs are payable?
All cabins come with electrical cords, curtains, and a gas infinity or HWC (where applicable in the self contained, and bathroom cabins).
What items will you as the RSE provider need to arrange?
Many of our cabins are on steel or timber skids so can sit on the ground. Alternatively, we can provide wooden blocks to sit the cabins on.
Do you sell RSE cabins?
No we dont sell cabins outright. But we would consider a Hire to Buy arrangement for the right purchasers.

What hire terms do you do?
We can do long term hires and for multiple cabins.

1.9×2.2m (4.1m2) bathroom cabins with toilet vanity and shower, including gas infinity.
We can also construct other cabins according to what you need.

What are the other costs?
Hiab costs – these can be quoted and is dependent on the distance from the site to our yard.
Connection costs – eg connection to electrical, water supply, waste water, storm water, and gas bottle, if applicable.
Consenting and Council costs – if any. This is to be determined and paid by the RSE provider, and is not the responsibility of CabinHireCo, but we can assist where possible.
What else does the cabin come with?
Deck – approx. 1m x 2m deck
Foundation blocks – basic timber blocks are provided for the cabin to sit upon. Please contact us if you wish to discuss other alternatives.
What is excluded?
Water supply – please prepare to provide your own connection to the water supply, where applicable.
Storm water – please prepare to provide your own connection to storm water, where applicable.
Waste water – Note in some instances the self contained cabins may come with a wastewater pipe to connect the toilet to the sewer mains. In most instances, please prepare to provide your own connection to the waste water mains.
