What does it cost to get a cabin?
1 week hire, 4 weeks bond. Hiab truck delivery costs in and out.
Do you require a bond?
Yes we require 4 weeks bond to be paid. WINZ will often assist with this bond payment.
Will background checks be done?
Yes full background checks will be undertaken.
Who is responsible for connections costs?
As the hiree you are responsible for any connection costs and consenting costs if any.
Will I as the hiree need the landowners permission to place the cabin on their property?
Yes you will the landowners permission to site the cabin on their land.
Is there a minimum period for Hiring?
Yes we require a minimum 6 month hire period.
What if my site has difficult access?
Please send us access and cabin site photos so we can see if the cabins will fit. Generally we require a 3.5m wide driveway. Please ensure its clear of overhanging branches etc.

Please send us access and cabin site photos so we can see if the cabins will fit. Please ensure the cabin site is dry and not likely to get wet during heavy rain. You will need to ensure the cabin site is close to any services required.
What areas do you deliver your hire units to?
We only deliver in the Bay of Plenty region. Please contact us if you require multiple cabins outside the BOP region.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee depends on where you are in the BOP. But the delivery fee generally starts from $600 (discounted). Please apply online or contact us for a quote.
